Individual, Couple and Family Psychotherapy

Therapy for:

  • Individuals struggling with stress, isolation, anxiety and depression

  • Couples renegotiating their relationship

  • Families redefining their purpose

Systemic psychotherapists specialise in work with individuals, couples and families. The therapy focuses on the relational aspects of our lives.

What is the evidence for
systemic psychotherapy?

Systemic Psychotherapy has been found to be effective for depression, eating disorders, substance use disorders and psychosocial factors related to medical conditions.

What to expect?

  • A brief telephone consultation to think together if therapy might fit for you.

  • At initial consultation you will be asked to complete some screening questionnaires to best understand where to focus the therapy. We will spend most of the time discussing your aims for therapy.

  • If we think it might be helpful typically a series of 3-6 sessions will be booked.
